Italian home YouTuber and professional videomaker. I document everything about the home: renovation, energy efficiency, building systems, real construction sites. No desk reviews: I walk into the sites, measure with a thermal camera, test the systems, and show the real numbers and the before/after bills.

1970s House

A 1974 detached house to rebuild from the systems up, with 3,000 sqm of land to clear before starting.

We start from the land and the masonry and finish with the thermostat. All on camera: the three quotes before, the bills after, no filters and no disguised sponsorships. It becomes the real lab where partner products are seen installed and working, in a real home, not a studio.

Passive House

The home I'll live in. Class A4, NZEB, built from scratch with an architecture studio.

All the choices a retrofit can't make: X-LAM structure, MVHR integrated into the foundations, solar sized for the roof as part of the project, not an add-on. I document every decision, from planning constraints to finish materials, from thermal calculations to real costs. First episode as soon as we lay the first stone.
